Procedural Tanks Freeze.

In RO, whenever I try to load a tank from Subassembly or a rocket with a procedural part IT FREEZES!!!

Your install is probably broken... try uninstall and install procedural parts mod first, if it doesn't work, you have to uninstall and install RO.

However, to prevent bugs and errors like this, you best install RO on a clean install, so you uninstall the whole KSP. (except when installing RSS to, you install RSS (or another planet scale mod) first or at the same time. )

You run RO for a test run first, if everything is ok, you can continue installing the rest of your mods.

If you want to save the savegame, you can just backup them and put them back in the new KSP. Keep in mind to do this before installing the rest of the mods and test the saves. 

So basicly 2 test runs:

1. first test run with almost clean install, only your RO and planet rescaling mods
2. second test run including your saves and just the mods as the first run.

In case the second test run fails or when your procedural parts mod fails again, I think your savegame is just corrupt.
