Kerbal EVA Config

Hello. I've been thinking about making a mod that effects Kerbals. I was wondering, is there a .cfg file somewhere for editing Kerbals both while in a ship and on EVA? I'm talking about things like adding and removing resources, modules ect. Thank you to any help,

eva kerbal config is in squad/parts/prebuilt.

I can't find a prebuilt folder under gamedata/squad/parts or a squad folder in the main area of the files. Am I looking in the right place?

yeah gamedata/squad/parts/prebuilt/kerbaleva.cfg try searching for the just the file kerbalEVA.cfg there is also a kerbalEVAfemale.cfg as well 

last page is an mm config for creating an eva xmitter for xmitting science while on eva.
