They may be streaming "live", but it isn't a live stream from the ISS. As of this writing, the ISS is well and truly on the Earth's night side yet the video still shows it in daylight.

Seems pretty close to live. Earlier it showed them over Baja California while the track showed they had just crossed that on their last orbit.

you may want to read the video description?

They are playing a recorded stream every 90 minutes when the ISS is on the dark side or on other occasions.
