Modulemanager ConfigCache file not recreating

Hello everyone. I really want to use SpaceY mods but I don't like the Z-Fighting. I tried removing Modulemanagers Config files, but the ConfigCache didn't recreate. I tried this on a fresh install, and there was no Z-Fighting. Should it work if I use the fresh version of ConfigCache? Please help
