Don't update to 1.2 none of those mods are compatible yet. If steam has updated that will be the problem.

I am pretty sure that your KSP versions is NOT the 1.1.3.1289. From your log:

Initialize engine version: 5.4.0p4

You have to downgrade to version 1.1.3 for RSS/RO/RP-0.

I fixed it. The file my saves were in was corrupted. Everything is fine now.
