Can't Reload Games

Whenever I go into KSP and I try to go into "Resume Saved," I can't load any of my saved games. It shows them in the files when I look into the properties of the game, but it won't show me my saved games. Can anybody help me out with this?

Hi hotmojoe, can you tell us what version you are using (Linux, Windows etc) and where KSP is installed, you will also have a KSP.log, can you put it on pastebin for us.

Yeah, I'm using the Windows version, and it's installed through Steam. It's crashed a couple times as well (no clue why, the problems might be connected, but all my mods are up to date and I don't have a ton), just letting you know.

Sorry but I cannot do anything with that, you will need to put the file on a file sharing site such as dropbox or the file contents on a text paste site such as pastebin.

I went onto pastebin.com and that's the link that I got when I input KSP.log.

You have to copy the contents of the log file and paste them into pastebin. Not the file location.

Okay which parts should I upload because it's over 512 kilobytes and I'm cheap.

I'm having the same issue, but I suspect that it's caused by a mod(This should probably not be in the Unmodded support forum, btw). As the game hangs instead of crashes, though, the log file does not seem to provide anything of interest.

Nevermind, misread the title. My issue is that I can't quickload a named save.

If you could please put the file on dropbox.com that would be great, I suggest you ask a parent of guardian to help.

Nevermind, misread the title. My issue is that I can't quickload a named save.

If modkey (left alt on Windows) + F9 isn't working for you please check for other software that is hijacking that key combination.

It's not the modkey that's the issue, I'm afraid. KSP also hangs if I manually select "Load Save" from the pause menu.

 

Update: Never mind my issue, turns out it was save file corruption. Quickloading works fine on a new playthrough.
