Game crash since 1.2.1

Hi ! my game crashes sometimes since yesterday.. maybe because of the 1.2.1 update .. . i am not sure ... can someone finf somthing in the log because i don't understand this stuff ^^

Hi your game  appears to crash even before it is properly loaded. I would suggest reinstalling KSP to see if that cures the problem,

ok, thx ! but what do you mean by not being not properly loaded .. it crashes when i am flying a ship... so it must already be fully loaded, right ?
