All you have to do is name a part in KSP (stock or modded).

Just name 1 type of part for each post.

Parts can be repeatedly named, but don't keep spamming the same part.

Radial parts can be added by writing "attached radially" after the part name.

You can set the number of radial parts but don't put like a million.

Name the part you want to attach radially to. (e.g 4 LV-T45 "Swivel"s attached radially to a Rocomax Jumbo Fuel Tank) 

I'll start this off with a Mk1-2 Command Pod.

We had a thread like this before, which included the option to "Launch It!" and someone makes it in KSP and reports what happened.

Anyway, put the 2.5m to 4x1.25m adapter under the pod.

Please specify the number of seperatrons.

I add decouplers to the engines.

We need to test this. Every time we make a stage to the rocket we test it.
