VAB Parts List Glitching out

Hello, I have a modded version of 1.2 installed and I am experiencing a disabling glitch inside of the VAB. The parts list and the staging list flickers and sometimes disappears for a few brief seconds. Can someone please look at my Output_Log and give me any suggestion please!

It seems to be happening in the Spaceplane hanger as well

It seems to be happening in the Spaceplane hanger as well

According to your output log,  you are not updated to 1.2.1. You are still on 1.2.0.1586.  That bug was fixed in the latest KSP version
