A Question about Mounting MK 3 Cargo Bays

I’m sure this has been asked before but I’m just wondering how can we mount the Mk 3 Cargo Bays on to a side of a fuel tank in similar fashion of the Space Shuttle Orbiter?

Yes, I know the Cargo Bays are designed/made to be mounted inline, however I can’t see the answer.

Feel free to reference the stock Dynawing. The better thinking is actually mounting the fuel tank to the side of the cargobay. Remember the decouplers by the way. You may need to reroot parts as needed.

Radial decouplers or the structural hard points should work

Hard points are probably the "correct" solution. Or cubic octagonals.

I'd mount the tank to the cargobay via a hydraulic manifold rather than the other way around, I think. It keeps the CoM's as close together as possible, among other things.
