Crash on Revert/Recovery/Space Center

After some time has passed it crashes when I do one of these things. I am running the latest with a ton of mods so im not expecting to find a perfect solution but is there anyway to reduce the consistency of the crashes?

Oh, you have tons of mods... right

Normal mods may slightly slow loading time, but visual mods are killers, they slow down the game

I recommend removing some mods

Without seeing your logs it's difficult to say, but I suspect you are running the 32 bit version of the game and it is hitting its memory limit of approx. 3.6 GB.

If this is the case then try running the 64 bit version instead (either right click in steam and choose the relevant option or just run KSP_x64.exe directly).

Play the 64 bit version and also disable highlight fx from the graphics menu. It should help with memory management and also iron out most of the crashes. I don't get crashes anymore, but I do run out of memory often, which is a different issue.

Soo after tweaking graphics settings and opening through force OpenGL it now works just fine thanks for the suggestions.
