On Strike, In Orbit, On Edge, In Trouble

This is an old article about some known mental health issues faced by crews in flight.  This may sound familiar to some folk.

Sound more like they get pushed to far, an heavy workload and micro management from ground cause people to snap. 
Far more an issue on long missions like space stations, you can do a few days of very hard work but not months. 
In a way space is more like sea than air in this setting, astronauts get sailor issues not pilots one, lots of sci-fi has also pointed this out.

Yup.  A lot of this stuff sounds similar to experiences of merchant seamen from a couple centuries ago.
