Space Stations and other ships "teleporting" during rendezvous

Whenever I'm trying to rendezvous with my KerbinLab 2 or other ships, I time warp slightly to make getting closer just a little bit faster. But when I do, the object I'm rendezvousing with seemingly "teleports" about 20 meters to its right. I only have a few mods installed, but the one that I use most is Near Future Spacecraft. Any ideas on why this is happening?

It has nothing to do with your mods. Happens in vanilla as well. The problem is how the game handles floating point math.
