Object Thrower doesnt work???

Yo my dudes, i need some help. 

I am trying to use the object thrower to blow some stuff up but it doesnt seem to work. I am pressing middle mouse button but nothing is happening. I tried armed, disarmed, everything. I am kinda bummed. 

Can anyone help me?

More detail perhaps?

First, what version of the game? Second what OS are you on?

So, go to the screen where you want to shoot some stuff

go into debug menu/cheats/object thrower

Click the "Unarmed" button (toggle it to "Armed")

Grab and drag the debug menu most of the way off the edge of the screen (don't close it!)

Aim at where you want to shoot with the mouse,

click the middle mouse button to shoot.

I am on windows 10 and latest version (i chekck for updates like everyday)

I don't have a middle mouse button. What do I need to do? I have MacOS 10.9.5

My understanding is that there is a free tool called magicprefs that can remap another button as a middle mouse button. But it depends on which model of mouse you are using.

Logitech mouse's work on mac.

I have a middle mouse button, it scrolls and clicks but no effect is given, is this a faulty middle mouse button issue? I am on Windows 10 and use a Cooler Master Devestator II mouse, does anybody know how I solve this?

I have the same problem, my mouse won't let me do the middle mouse thing but it also clicks. It's not a faulty mouse I think
