Odd issue in KSC to VAB scene change

Anyone else seen this? Launch vessel. Recover vessel. Go from post-recovery KSC scene to VAB. The last flight scene of the recovered craft briefly shows, then normal VAB. This is new with 1.2.2.

I've had similar things happen in previous versions. After running KSP for an extended period of time, the screen will "glitch/flash" a different screen during scene change. It's very common for me after a few hours of gameplay, but it usually doesn't cause any problems (other than annoyance and seizures)
