How to make stuff with OSE/EPL

Hi guys!

I have both OSE workshop and extra planetary launch pads installed. I've built a massive rover with all kinds of drills and tanks and converters, but I can't figure out how to turn the metal ore I dig up, into metal, rocket parts, etc.. I have ore, dirt and metal ore, but I'm not sure what I need to make the final products for ships (EPL) and parts (OSE).
