HELP my version of ksp won't download

Hello everyone.

I bought ksp about a week ago and really liked it. 
I installed a couple of mods, like the SpaceX interplanetary ship and the Falcon 9.
But i was excrements at flying so i treid to install mechjeb. 
Apparently I did something wrong because no other mods would install after i had made this mistake. 
Also I couldn't delete mechjeb from the uncorrect folder, so i uninstalled it. 
After this i treid downloading it again, it all went well until it gave me an error message and told me to contact steam support. 
Has anyone had this issue and can anyone help me?

yes i have and that was 3 days ago. 
I hoped that somepne else would have had the same problem and be able to help me

It's not something I've heard of, Steam should be able to delete and reinstall any game, not just KSP.

Have you tried opening the Kerbal Space Program folder in Steam and manually deleting the game? That would make sure no mod files are left behind.

Also have you had any issues with any other Steam games?

I think you need to ask the person who looks after your computer, you will need administrator rights for many things, and that may be why you can't install KSP.

Can you put a screenshot of the error on http://imgur.com please, we could try googling it.
