FASA Gemini Titan 2 engine cuts off too early

I am currently flying FASA Gemini by RSS RO mods

But today, the titan 2's LR series engines have premature engine cut off  the fuel is left, but it gives me the message that LR97 has no more ignitions left. 

How can I fix this??

Don't cut the throttle?  The RO is all about these realistic limitations.

Or do you mean that there's a physics thing and your engine is shutting down without touching the keyboard?

Also, do you still have oxidizer to go with the fuel?  Depending on the type, things boil off over time.

yeah, it sounds like you've got an engine ignitor mod of some sort installed, those engines are only designed to be lit once.  Don't cut the throttle.

I didn't cut the throttle... the engine cuts itself off while the fuel is left for about 5%...

Switch to BDB.

other part does it too... the engine turns off itself...

I'm not sure about RSS/RO engines in general, but I do know that fuel pumps are not able to remove 100% of the propellant from a tank. I believe LEM's unusable propellant was around 250lbs - granted the tank had a capacity of 18,000lbs so that is a pretty small fraction.  It looks like the Titan II used the same fuel blend (hydrazine and nitrogen tetroxide) so I would expect a similar (or at least nonzero) waste proportion.  It's interesting that it tells you that you don't have ignitions, because hypergolic fuels like that don't require a designated igniter.  But I'm not a propulsion scientist, what do I know?

Again, not sure if this (tank waste) is modeled but from what I've read about RO I wouldn't be surprised if it were.
