Cannot download the game

So I have a worthless pile of trash internet connection that struggles to stream 360p video.  I've been gone for a while, and the game has gone up a few hundred MB since then.  Is there by any chance a torrent option available for downloading the game?  Otherwise it's not going to happen.  Traditional downloads will just fail for no reason.  I know at one point the KSP Store actually offered a torrent version, but I don't see it there now.  I'm also open to download managers that actually work, if you know of any.  Thanks!

 

DISCLAIMER: Torrents are not illegal, cracked games are.  The website did at one point offer this as an alternative download option and I'm just asking if it's still around.

You don't strictly speaking need a bittorrent to have download resume capabilities. FTP transfers have offered this feature for decades, for example. But more relevant to you would probably be a download manager, like you said. Nowadays they've fallen out of popular use, but for those users with a slow and unstable connection, like you, they still offer download resuming for HTTP transfers, and they still work all the same as they did in the days of dial-up. I recommend you try it, as you may find it a great relief even for other things besides KSP.

There are plenty torrent options out there. But non of them are legal so I will not go into that.

As @Streetwind said a download manager or FTP client would be a good option. And it doesn't even have to be free-ware. A 30 day trail for premium software would work too. Unlikely your connection is that crappy it will take more than 30 days to download.
