Localisation question

I've got a question regarding the upcoming localisation of KSP: although I understand that this feature may be useful to spread the joy of KSP to new customers, I've got the desire to stay with english as the in-game language. So here's my question: will we be able to select the language from the options menu or by editing the settings.cfg?
