How do I install cormorant aeronology?

Hi.  My young son loves Kerbal Space Program and wants to install the cormorant aeronology mod.   I downloaded it but how can I install it?

First, send him here to ask himself! Anyone old enough to play KSP and want to fly a shuttle should be able to handle installing mods. (And this forum has some pretty good policies around being family-friendly, so you don't have to worry about unsafe internetting.)

If that doesn't pan out for whatever reason... It happens that this mod is listed on CKAN, which is a fan-created mod management utility. You should be able to download and run CKAN and then select Cormorant out of the menu to install, and it will handle the rest for you. This has the benefit of also handling the next two hundred mods that he asks you to install.
