The point is that the post could have been made after less than a minute elapsed time. It could have been made after more than a minute, but this possibility is unlikely because the page displayed "just now" instead of switching to "one minute ago." The "...ago" thing is the only place from which we can get information regarding seconds, which is why I brought it up.
