can someone make a avalon mod that ship is come from PASSENGERs

i need it to make a station

I've been thinking about it. I'm not sure if it's worth the effort though as it's not a ship that can easily be broke down into separate pieces and still have those pieces useful on their own. Have you seen this?

no. a mod like this would take a ton of work and all the best ksp modders are already busy with their own stuff

If it's just part count, you could take most of that stock Avalon and chuck it into UbioZur Welding to combine into a single part.

I'd posit that you'd end up actually using that shield in KSP exactly never. I doubt anyone would ever take the time to implement a system like that.
