Wind and gusts at ground level are definitely appearing marginal but upper level winds would likely play a larger role in a launch scrub.  But ground level winds and gusts could really have a big effect on catch attempts so I have to wonder about a launch without a catch if it is too crazy

They proved Catch was possible twice, given the goals are mostly for Starship its very possible the launch it knowing full well Booster will need to divert

What's the wind limit for Falcon 9? Starship should eventually be able to do better due to increased mass and reduced fineness ratio. Not to say they'll push it during testing.
