Disassembling parts in flight

Hello guys,
I tryied be4 some days the kolonization mod which i removed it yesterday because i like the game as vanilla on some points... unfortunatelly, i found some parts of kolonization very usefull and i would like to add them as simpe isolated mods but im not able to find some. I already found a crew hire mod that lets me prefer what to buy and i also like the option that engineers can desassemple parts in flight. 

So do you know any separate mod that let me destroy parts using my crew members?

For destroying individual parts, 

For destroying complete vessels.
