Hi.

The first thing is to check that you have absolutely no mods installed. Right now with 1.3 having just been released, everything from KER to ModuleManager is broken until fixed.

If you can zip that crash folder, upload it somewhere like dropbox or similar, and provide a link to it, that should be useful in trying to pinpoint what's causing the crash.
