[1.3] Access voilation error

The above is the link to the error files.

I've had this crash half the day. Did the whole "verify local files" option in Steam and it says that 2 files (but I cannot determine which ones) will need to be reacquired. Ok, then try to start the game again, same crash. In short, here's the main error I am finding in each of the crash reports: 

mono.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
  in module mono.dll at 0033:c5d10e18.

So, if anyone can tell me how to solve this issue, please help a fellow star traveler...
