If I hadn't seen the video and it also coming from the ISRO X acct I'd have been a bit skeptical, I admit.  That is really innovative and intriguing.  Need to know more

That seems to be referring to the uncrewed test flight. A crewed maiden voyage is a bold but reckless decision (yes, shuttle counts).
