Cloud textures?

Can someone be so kind and share a texture pack for atmospheric planets which only includes some simple clouds for low-medium end PC? I do not really care about those citylights etc, just the clouds. 

Oh and some quick tutorial how to install them would be much appreciated! :)

EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements and its configs are easy enough on mid to lower PCs. Just download EVE and the Configs and install them into your gamedata. They are also available on CKAN which will install it for you automatically
