4 Kerblinger Orbiter Envelopes

and a TT18A  to keep everything pinned down untill all of the balloons are at max lift

as my first stage.... Get up to the max altitude and kick them loose and they get out of the way 

and the best part? you can add as many as you like!(Granted after 30 its probably a pain to make sure they all get max lift before launch

Basicaly

the Radial Seperators kick the struts away from the booster,

The Struts were needed to keep the  in line seperators from damaging the booster

and the micro rockets in the seperators then push the balloons enough to  let then clear the rest of the assembly
