Nope, and there won't be. Squad never announces release dates in advance, for PC or console. The way you'll know when the release is coming will be when they say "Hey everyone, we released it!" Your best bet for news and status is to just follow the "KSP Weekly" posts that they publish every Friday over on The Daily Kerbal. They usually mention something about how things are coming along, what they're working on, etc. But just to set expectations appropriately: you won't get any release dates there.
