Both are the same license, a "MIT License" and basically allow you to do as you please (copy, modify, sell, ...), as long as "The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software."  Which is very easy to do.  The license also makes clear that there is neither a warranty nor an accepting of liability --- which is to be expected and no real hindrance.

So ... yes, from the copyright side they can borrow 1:1.  No legal reasons not to: they have the explicit permission to do so.
