Vessels falling out of orbit

I recently landed on the mun. I took off, went to map view, and realized my orbiting command module was falling back to the mun. It WAS in orbit.

No one can help you much without submitting a save file and a bug report.
As this is for the prerelease you can raise it on the public prerelease bug tracker (and attach your save)

It's also important to know if your game is modded or not.

It happens in all save files. I did want to make the ISS, so I put it in an orbit of

P: 120,813 metres

A:130,145 metres.

 

no mods are installed.

Was it "falling back to the Mun" by approaching periapsis?
