I mean, yeah, it's fine that he likes rocket launches. But in a way, it kind of shows a difference between ULA and SpaceX -- SpaceX doesn't usually spend weeks tweeting pictures and videos of past launches because in the meantime they have launched several more times.

Yes but Delta 4 heavy is more like Falcon 9 heavy  who is also rare.

ULA being competitive is important if we want to see price reductions in launch, and the follow-on effects (even if it's just increased cadence and lowered cost for NASA robotic missions).
