[0.16 Stock] Simple Minimus return vehicle

So here's a very simple design I made for the one person capsule. It'll make it to minimus and back (or it will with a MechJeb in an AR202 can). I haven't been able to figure out how to make the ladders work, but the kerbal-portable RCS works just fine

I used it as a basis for a three man launcher that I am also including. I'm not certain if it will make it with 1.7, but I'm confident I'll be able to make something work.
