Can someone make the KSC flood slightly?

Like the Scatterer glitch. I want a couple of meters of water over the KSC to mess with. Maybe make some boats and sea planes and stuffness. I'm not proficient enough in Kopernicus to make this happen, but it should be easier than easy for people who actually know what they're doing. Thanks in advance!

Maybe make multiple versions that have the water a couple centimeters under the roads so you can drive a boat up, some that completely flood the KSC, completely covering that flat bit of land but nothing more, and one that just completely Noah's-Arks the place, leaving only the tops of mountains exposed. Slightly more advanced - maybe make the space center float on the water of the Noah's-Arked world?

Currently I have the KSC at the desired altitude, still need to tweak the ocean.

use Alt+F11 to open the Scatterer settings then switch to the ocean and adjust the height (in meters). These are not glitches I set them up this way

yea well good job you can stop now cause all you need to do to make the floating space center float on water is use Scatterer to raise the water level. But then again, using this exercise to further your own knowledge in Kopernicus configs is a worthwhile thing as there isn't a lot of docs so learning by fiddling is the best way to go about it. so maybe continue

Wait, does Scatterer physically raise the water level or just make it look higher? I can't run Scatterer either way because it murderizes my framerate

Some other thread I read stated you can use kopernicus to move KSC, never used it myself. I figure you could move ksc just slightly out to sea so it's in the water to the depth you want.

oh, didn't realize you were just mentioning scatterer as an example of what you were looking for. Anyways yea, the water level increase does affect ships

I have terrible framerate as is, so my mentality is, "If it doesn't hurt the game, use it."
