Could it be because my paypal e-mail is different from my forum email? I got the 'thanks for your donation' to my paypal email and not my forum email.EDIT: Heh. aLeXmOrA Posted August 16, 2011 Author Share Posted August 16, 2011 Guys,The Pre-Order Confirmation E-mail will be sent to the address you wrote down on the paypal confirmation form.We have noticed that some of this addresses are different form the ones related to your forum login, so maybe that's a reason why you don't see the confirmation e-mail in your inbox. This e-mail looks like this:'Dear ...Thank you for your donation!You can view the download link and information at:http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.........If you've contributed 7.00 USD or more, you will receive an email confirming your pre-order in the next 72 hoursThanks for your support and happy launching!'This shows that after the system recognizes that you pre-ordered the game, it will send a Pre-Order Confirmation E-mail to the e-mail address you wrote down on the paypal confirmation form.
