Northrop Grumman says it will still get there. NASA hasn't said whether they agree or not.

Speaking of solar panel deployment failures, JPSS-2, another Northrop Grumman built spacecraft, is having trouble with its solar panel.

With respect to the reported bad initial orbit where two previous burns were reported to have failed, what element failed to perform those burns?  The F9 2nd stage?  Any details about what went wrong yet?
