Propeller Rocket Randomly Shaking Violently On Launchpad Causes Crash

While I was experimenting with rockets with 8 fins and 8 wings (Link to craft here) and as soon as the physics load, without me touching any buttons, the rocket turns side to side, rapidly accelerating until it violently tips over and many of the wings break. No matter what I did, it would rapidly shake from side to side until it tipped over. Luckily I was using a drone so no kerbals were hurt :)

Can someone help explain this phenomenon? What is causing it?

Can you post a screenshot?  (I see that you posted the craft file, but in many cases a screenshot is actually better than a craft file.  With only a craft file, nobody can look at your ship unless they download it to a computer where KSP is installed, copy it into their game, and spin up KSP, which can be a hassle (and also makes helping you impossible for anyone who's not at their KSP computer).  Whereas from a screenshot, anyone anywhere on any device can see what you're working with.

Here are the links to the pictures. (Link to design photo) (Link to crash photo) If you look at the crash photo, you can see no stages have fired, and that I am not tapping any controls. FYI this rocket was built with symmetry.

I finally realized that this was not a glitch. It was just the Kraken. #Obvious:o
