Assembly Building Controls (Bugs)

Ive been playing in the VAB on Cursor mode and there is one bug already, when you are fine tuning an angle, you hold down RB (xbox) and can then tweak the rotation in small 5 degree increments.  However, if you hold down RB and press d pad left (which is one of the rotation controls) it will undo your last placed part like in the old version. so you cant fine tune it in that direction.

Has this really been built from scratch? as it seems to contain the ghost of the old version inside it.
