I've been having a problem with the new ksp enhanced edition for Xbox1 whenever I place down 2 parts a green circle appears and all I can do is move my camera and edit the 2 parts and move them and if I delete those parts the circle stays i hit no buttons except those two any help?

What control preset are you using? Simplified? If that's the case hold triangle/Y to switch regions.
