Cannot Launch or leave after first launch

Title basically says it all, I just reinstalled KSP after seeing SpaceX and getting a space itch, but seems I'm only allowed one rocket.

I am in sandbox mode, and as soon as I revert flight or recover, I cannot exit or launch from VAB (in case of revert) or enter any buildings (in case of recover).

If I am inside VAB the game seems to work still, as I am able to modify save and load rockets, just cant leave or launch.

I've come across a very similar issue with my recent install. It also looks like we share a good chunk of the same mods.

 

Were you able to narrow this down or find the root cause of this?
