Settings Menu Problems

I have a very heavily modded game and have found a game breaking bug because of this.

 

When you open the settings page to setup all the mods, it creates a list on the left that you select the settings page from.  however if this list gets too long it will extend off the bottom of the screen preventing you from accessing the settings for those mods at the bottom of the list.  and additionally it pushes the "ok" button, or what ever it says that allows you to close the settings screen, off the screen thus preventing you from actually ever getting out of the settings page.  therefore you must either use Alt-F4 or kill KSP in task manager.
