Bend the rocket challenge

The challenge I have is to make a rocket bend into close U or V shape as many times without breaking the structure.

For it to count, it would have to be done air-borne and only in the full atmospheric level. Ideally it should bend at least 50% closer to the letters shape than a straight line.
