Help with EVE config editor

Hey there, can someone help me with the Environmental Visual Enhancements (EVE) mod? I've recently installed it via CKAN for version 1.2.2. and I was expecting tp open the game and see beautiful clouds and city lights. 

Instead all I saw wasa window saying "EVE 1.2.2.1 Config Editor" and below it there're all these informations and names and settings, and I have absolutely no idea how to deal with it. What are these settings and how do I use it? How do I change those configurations and what do they mean?

I just want some clouds and city lights :/

I would IMMENSELY appreciate some help!

I hope someone can help me with this because it's all very confusing...
