The OC-73 Sparrow

A small tandem two seat aircraft. The first ones were on loan from the Air Force. The Sparrows had two primary roles, to observe launching prototype rockets, and to maintain flight hours for the pilots. The Sparrows also found use in the program's semi-official acrobats team, "The Flying Flock".

The TO-2 with the TO-4 Variant, The O-Basket

The O-Basket was early production design to take passengers on brief orbital excursions. The design was later adapted for use as an  rescue craft for low and high Kerbin orbits. The lifter saw production and use in the launch of satellites for a long time

The STC-21, The Basket.

The first passenger rated craft of the program. The first few launches carried the X (experimental) designation. A four seat variant was designed and saw limited production and use. The Basket was later superseded in use by the O-Basket.

The ALS-4, The Gull

The craft was named after its modified inverted gull wing design. It did not seen the extensive use for launching LKO satellites that was envisioned. It has seen continued use as the launcher for ultra-high altitude sounding rockets. The development of Kube satellite system promises to increase it's use again.

The ARC-22S, Hopper 2-Sierra.

An extended cycle version of the Hopper. This craft was designed to achieve two bursts to 20 km altitude from 3 km. The scientific instruments were controlled from the second seat, allowing the pilot to focus on controlling the craft during missions. A single seat variant was produced (ARC-21S) with a simpler scientific suite and usually used for high-G flight training.

Yes, and gameplay besides... except the Gull. That one is story only because of mechanics.

Experimental Aircraft Design 108, Flight Designation: Pocket-108

Pocket-108 was an experimental design to prove the concept of a craft that could reach low Kerbin orbit with part of the launch path as a conventional aircraft. The one-oh-eight never proceeded further than the experimental design stage. However, many of the later spaceplane designs can find their roots in the one-oh-eight.
