Maxed-Rockets
Hello,Whenever I do a persistence edit to get a rocket into orbit it pushes all of the stages together. Is there any way I can avoid this? Thanks.
sal_vager
Maxed-Rockets, what exactly is it you are doing to that poor persistence file ? If it helps, when I do this, I make sure I copy all the orbital data to the new craft, and I make sure I set the Stage value to what it was before, missing that Stage value can cause some strange effects and is probably the cause of your issue. Capt'n Skunky
What exactly are you editing? Make sure you're not changing any settings that have the word Stage in them. I know there is a value mixed in with the orbital information that relates to staging. Setting that to an incorrect value can goof stuff up.Cheers!Capt'n SkunkyKSP Community Manager
Maxed-Rockets
Would that be the "stg ="?
sal_vager
Yes, stg = value, with value being whatever the rocket had before you overwrite it
