The 5m fairing has become broken like it is in the picture, i tried to reinstall making history and ksp but it doesnt help. Could someone help?

List of mods i have on:
KER
Missing history
MapviewMonosound
Launch escape towers 
Kerbal Reusability Expansion
Trajectories
