I vaguely remember Ryzen being touted as twice the single threaded performance? Sounds a lot but considering the time gap it was about where they should have been...

I don't know exactly, my PC has LEDs and I can set them to be a CPU Temp readout, but the controller is messed up and I'm too lazy to fix it. My game starts to get noticably framerate- droppy at roughly 700 parts, though. i5-6600K, I believe.
