Planets won't load during In-Flight

Hello!!

As the title says, basically went I launch a Vehicle into orbit the game seems to run pretty normal like planets load and the sun. But when i switch to other vehicle, the planet (in this case, kerbin and moon) won't load even the sun. Sorry for my bad english..

Edit: I think this happens only in my career save as other career or sandbox (new) save doesn't occur this bug... weird.. here's the save..

HI

Your log indicates that many of the environmental mods/planets etc   you are running are unable to load textures,  are you missing button textures also?  The type of errors that they are lead me to wonder if all your mods are correct for version and or updated appropriately .

hello.

No, I am not missing any button textures when I play.

I think I figured out what causing this.. I re-installed all of my mods. then I removed the texture replacer mod in my modlist, and it went back to normal.. So I think the TR mod is the main culprit here. Anyways, Thanks!
